2. Return Process

- Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Code (RC) number and detailed return instructions.
- Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Returned items must be undamaged and in the same condition as delivered, with intact tags.
- Shipping: Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Pick-up: We aim to offer reverse pick-up for most locations. If unavailable in your area, you may ship the product back after generating a Return ID. Refund will be initiated after receiving the product and completing the quality check.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
- Deductions: Convenience fees and delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds for COD orders will be initiated via bank transfer. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after the quality check.

A dense patch of pave-set cubic zirconia sits at an angle across the front of this band, offering a concentrated burst of sparkle against the smooth, high-polish silver surrounding it. Scattered around the rest of the ring, small bezel-set cubic zirconia stones appear at random intervals, like stars caught mid-fall, adding movement and playfulness to the design. The mix of dense pave and loose scatter gives the ring a modern, asymmetric character that still reads clean and wearable.
