A carved mother-of-pearl daisy blooms at the centre of each drop, its ridged petals glowing softly against warm gold and centred with a polished bead. Around it gathers a little posy of stones — a champagne-toned marquise, a deep green marquise leaf, a lustrous pearl and a scatter of round cubic zirconia — as though a whole spring bouquet had been tucked onto the ear.
