- Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Code (RC) number and detailed return instructions.
- Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Returned items must be undamaged and in the same condition as delivered, with intact tags.
- Shipping: Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Pick-up: We aim to offer reverse pick-up for most locations. If unavailable in your area, you may ship the product back after generating a Return ID. Refund will be initiated after receiving the product and completing the quality check.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Golden Meadow Daisy Drops
A carved mother-of-pearl daisy blooms at the centre of each drop, its ridged petals glowing softly against warm gold and centred with a polished bead. Around it gathers a little posy of stones — a champagne-toned marquise, a deep green marquise leaf, a lustrous pearl and a scatter of round cubic zirconia — as though a whole spring bouquet had been tucked onto the ear. From the base, a faceted pear-cut CZ swings free, adding a final flash of light with every movement. Romantic, botanical and softly vintage, these drops feel made for garden days and gentle celebrations.
