1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Special rules for promotional offers may affect this Return Policy.
• Damages caused due to negligence, improper usage, or application are not covered under this return policy.
  

2. Return Process

• Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at +91 9068898452 or cs@zilverbyps.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  
• Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Code (RC) number and detailed return instructions.
  
• Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Returned items must be undamaged and in the same condition as delivered, with intact tags.
  
• Shipping: Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  
• Pick-up: We aim to offer reverse pick-up for most locations. If unavailable in your area, you may ship the product back after generating a Return ID. Refund will be initiated after receiving the product and completing the quality check.
  

3. Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
  
• Deductions: Convenience fees and delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds for COD orders will be initiated via bank transfer. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after the quality check.
  

4. Exchanges

• Availability: For exchanges (size or color), contact our customer service team to confirm stock availability.
  
• Return & Replace: Follow the return process to send the original item back. Once received, we will dispatch the replacement item.
  

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• Immediate Contact: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team within 24 working hours of delivery.
  
• Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, if the claim is made within 7 days of delivery.
