- Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Code (RC) number and detailed return instructions.
- Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Returned items must be undamaged and in the same condition as delivered, with intact tags.
- Shipping: Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Pick-up: We aim to offer reverse pick-up for most locations. If unavailable in your area, you may ship the product back after generating a Return ID. Refund will be initiated after receiving the product and completing the quality check.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Two prong-set princess-cut cubic zirconia face one another at the open front of this cuff, their crisp square facets throwing bright, mirror-like flashes. From each stone the band splits into slender double rows of pave-set cubic zirconia that sweep back around the wrist, meeting a discreet hinge and clasp at the rear for easy, secure wear.
