- Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Returned items must be undamaged and in the same condition as delivered, with intact tags.
- Shipping: Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Pick-up: We aim to offer reverse pick-up for most locations. If unavailable in your area, you may ship the product back after generating a Return ID. Refund will be initiated after receiving the product and completing the quality check.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

A jadau-inspired choker built from a row of curved horseshoe links, each channel-set in deep ruby-red stone with a glittering kundan-style polki arc traced through the center. Between every link sits a single faceted white kundan drop, catching the light along the full curve of the choker. A soft multi-strand pearl (moti) chain gathers softly at the back, letting the ruby-and-gold front sit close at the collarbone. Matching drop earrings complete the set.
