  • Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Code (RC) number and detailed return instructions.
  • Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Returned items must be undamaged and in the same condition as delivered, with intact tags.
  • Shipping: Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Pick-up: We aim to offer reverse pick-up for most locations. If unavailable in your area, you may ship the product back after generating a Return ID. Refund will be initiated after receiving the product and completing the quality check.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Inspired by the peacock, this open bypass cuff carries a graceful oxidised bird's head at one end and a sweeping filigree plume at the other, the two passing each other at the front of the wrist. Fine coiled wrap detailing joins each motif to the slim polished band, and the antiqued finish sinks into the carved feathers to bring out every line. Rooted in a symbol of beauty, grace and renewal, it's a statement cuff with an unmistakably artisanal, heritage feel that still slips on and off with ease.
